Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Inclusion Oriented Inc. (“Inclusion Oriented,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at www.incori.org (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit a form on our Site — such as our Request Services, Apply, or Volunteer forms — we collect the information you choose to give us. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, city, the name and date of birth of a person who may receive services, the services you’re interested in, and any details you include in your message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider automatically logs limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to operate and secure the Site. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this Site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and requests for services or information;
- To review and follow up on job applications and volunteer interest;
- To provide, coordinate, and administer our services;
- To maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Site — for example, our website host (Cloudflare) and our email-delivery provider (Resend), which transmits your form submission to our team. These providers process information on our behalf.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our organization, the people we serve, or others.
Information about children and the individuals we serve
Our services support individuals with disabilities, who may include minors. A parent, guardian, case manager, or authorized representative may submit information about a person who would receive services. We handle that information in accordance with this policy. The Site is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information directly from them.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, and meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
How we protect your information
Information submitted through the Site is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request to review, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@incori.org or calling 531-225-5858. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Links to other websites
The Site links to third-party resources (such as the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and partner organizations). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites; please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
